I wrote this cookbook for you. The Cajun food lover, the plant-based foodie, the flexitarian, the amateur cook, the curious chef, the party thrower, and the slightly offended, yet mildly curious, meat-loving Southerner. You are all welcome here.

Cajun food is playful, hearty, and rich. Within these pages, I have poured my heart into creating recipes that blend Louisiana's beloved flavor profiles with plant-forward ingredients that are fresh and sustainable, yet still authentic and delicious.
